/ About Me

Understanding the business. Building the future

I've always been drawn to problems affecting real people. Broken things bother me. I need to understand why something's not working before I can even think about fixing it.

I started out as a business analyst and software engineer, just listening. Sitting with stakeholders, talking to technical teams, trying to understand what was actually going wrong. That's when I realized something: most people can describe a problem perfectly. But there's this massive gap between understanding it and actually building a solution. That gap fascinated me.

So I spent a few years in solutions consulting, sitting across tables from CFOs and COOs at big companies. We'd talk through their problems, and I'd help them think through what was possible with AI and transformation. I identified over $700K in opportunities, built roadmaps, pitched strategies to executives. But after a few years of that, something shifted. I realized I wanted more than just recommendations. I didn't want to hand off a strategy and walk away. I wanted to actually build the solutions and see them work with real teams, real data, real impact.

That's when I went back to school. My MBA wasn't about credentials on a resume. It was practical. I felt the gap in what I could do, and I wanted to close it. Learned to code seriously, dove into machine learning, built the strategic thinking and technical depth I knew I was missing. Now I design AI products and workflows that actually work because they're rooted in real problems and real execution.

That's the goal. Build things that matter. Things that solve actual problems and make work simpler for people.

Live DemoGenAIAgentsProcurement

Supplier Discovery AI Agent

Turned a 4-hour process into 10 minutes for 100+ procurement teams.

Buyers used to spend entire days hunting suppliers across fragmented sources, manually scoring fit, writing personalized outreach emails. Now it takes 10 minutes. A ranked shortlist with contextualized emails, ready to send.

GenAICost IntelligenceNegotiation

Should-Cost Agent for COGS Intelligence

Armed buyers with real manufacturing cost data during supplier negotiations, unlocking cost reduction opportunities.

Suppliers would quote prices. Buyers had no visibility into what those costs actually should be. They negotiated blind. I built an agent that decoded manufacturing economics in real time.

StrategyGenAIRoadmap

GenAI Transformation Roadmap & Execution

Scaled GenAI adoption from zero to 100+ users across procurement in 5 months.

Procurement had GenAI ambitions but no plan. No clarity on what was possible, what mattered, what to build first. So I defined the roadmap, then shipped it.

Process AnalysisGenAIAutomation

Procurement Process Analysis & GenAI Automation Roadmap

Mapped procurement workflows, identified manual bottlenecks, and built a GenAI-powered use-case repository for automation.

Procurement teams were buried in manual work every single day. Nobody had systematically looked at what could be automated with GenAI. I analyzed the workflows, found the pain points, and built a roadmap showing exactly where AI could eliminate manual work.

DataAnalyticsSpend Management

Spend Visibility & KPI Reconciliation

Resolved a data conflict that was breaking executive visibility into company spending.

Finance said spend was at one level. Procurement said it was at another. Nobody knew who was right. I traced the problem across four fragmented systems, found the root cause, and built a single source of truth.

StrategyGTMConsulting

CRM & Marketing Automation Competitive Strategy

Mapped the competitive landscape, identified expansion opportunities, and delivered a board-ready strategy for market entry.

A marketing automation services firm was losing margin to commoditization. I helped them think through how AI could transform their service offerings and built a roadmap for market entry.
