What I Built
Owned the entire FY26 GenAI transformation roadmap. Conducted deep process discovery across procurement workflows to surface high-value use cases. Built a prioritized backlog. Then executed. Shipped MVPs across three cross-functional teams within 5 months. Each one had clear success metrics and real adoption targets.
The Impact
Scaled GenAI adoption from 0 to 100+ active users across procurement. Three pilot initiatives hit measurable outcomes. The roadmap became the playbook for how procurement thought about AI investment going forward.
